I was introduced to Vitek's "Gut Pack" just a few weeks ago; now I'm doing lunges just so I can eat at least one every week. :)
Looks can be deceiving, so don't judge by it's appearance. If you're in Waco, TX...this is a MUST! And a special thank-you to Eraina....once again, you've changed my life!
