About 2 years ago I thought I should start a blog. No reason, really. I just thought it sounded like a good idea. I secured the blog address because I have a pretty popular name, and I wanted to make sure no one else got MY spot. :) It’s taken a while to decide what to blog about, but now I’ve got it….I will blog about people…REAL PEOPLE…



The best way to start this blog is with this picture. I took this picture a few years ago on a Mexican beach. This was not a staged picture. 100% REAL...PEOPLE. And you can judge all you want….but you must admit this is hilarious. I LOVE this picture, because secretly, or not so secretly, I hope that this is me one day…absolutely unashamed to sport my bikini on a beach vacation…and I hope that some youngster takes my picture and laughs at me, too. I hope I never lose my love of travel and laughter, and I do hope I never let my looks, or lack thereof, deter me from my favorite things!
